Model SLC 130

I purchased golf bag model SLC 130 as I wanted a bag where my clubs had an individual slot. This was purchased in July 2024. I loved the bag, but in April 2025 the stitching that holds the bottom of the bag became undone. The bottom just fell out. I contacted the email for the customer service. I was asked to provide some information to them, which I provided. I was given a gift certificate to purchase a new bag. This process took less than 24 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how easy this was. They stood behind their product. Thank you customer service for making this such an easy process!
